To be eligible for these free services you must be 17 or younger, have no dental insurance, and paying for these services would pose a financial hardship
Healthy Smiles Ontario is a publicly funded dental program available for eligible children and youth to receive care at a dental office.
Who is eligible?
Kids 17 and under may be eligible if:
- They are residents of Ontario;
- They are members of a household that meets the income eligibility requirements (click here for details).

How do I enrol?
You need to contact your local public health unit to enrol. Your public health unit will also assist you with the application process, which involves completing this form and showing required documentation.
